Coyotes blaze track at Arnie Robinson

The Cuyamaca men's track & field squad took there talents across town to the annual Arnie Robinson Invitational at San Diego Mesa College. The competition named after one of San Diego's greatest Olympians who passed in 2020. Teams from the enire state and outside of California gathered for fast times and heated competitions. The Cuyamaca men, posted several season best and conference. Amaree Berry blazed the half lap in a season's best in the 200m. Ramon Owens finished the 800m race in a respectable 1:58.53 as he rounds into shape in time for conference. In the field events, Lamont Taylor shook off some early season rust and bounded to a season's best of 13.58m to place 3rd in the event. 

Next up, PCAC Conference Prelims and Finals April 19th and April 20th at San Diego Mesa College. Events start at 1:00pm
