Coach K is a Certified Health Education Specialist holding a Master’s Degree in Kinesiology, and is a licensed Sports Massage Therapist. Her extensive athletic career includes, Aztec Hall of Fame inductee and school record holder. While competing for SDSU, she collected national (NCAA runner-up Long Jump) and international medals (European U23 Championships Silver Medalist 4x100m) in the sport of Track & Field representing her home country of Germany. Karoline continues to hold the German U18 national record holder in the triple jump for over two decades and counting.

Coach K’s first coaching experience was with the German Army, however her resume includes stints as Assistant Coach and Director of Operations at UC Davis, academic counselor at Texas State University, Assistant jumps coach at San Diego Mesa College, and currently, making Track & Field widely available to youth in south San Diego via her personal foundation, 2K Athletics.
